Abdominal Fat May Raise Boys’ Blood Pressure
You may already know that excess fat around the middle is linked to an increased risk of heart disease in adults, but now research suggests that it may also contribute to high blood pressure in boys. This is another reason to encourage people to be more active at a young age.
